kt8 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between kt8 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the services available at kt8.club. By completing the kt8 account registration process, by depositing funds, or by placing a wager on any game or sporting event available through the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

kt8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any material changes will be communicated via a notice posted on the Platform. These Terms are written in English and the English-language version is the authoritative, governing text. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version (if made available), the English version shall prevail in all respects.

If you do not agree to these Terms, or if you are not legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws applicable to you, you must not use the kt8 platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wagers.

To be eligible to open and maintain a kt8 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are acting as a private individual on your own behalf and not on behalf of any business or third party;
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the kt8 platform or any linked exclusion registry;
• You have not previously had a kt8 account terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You are not depositing funds derived from criminal activity or any unlawful source;
• You are opening only one account in your own legal name, using accurate and truthful registration information.

kt8 employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and may request supporting documentation — including a copy of a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — to confirm that a player meets the minimum age requirement. Access to the Platform will be suspended pending verification if age cannot be confirmed to kt8's satisfaction.

If kt8 discovers that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately closed, all deposits will be returned to the payment source used, and any winnings accumulated during underage play will be forfeited entirely. kt8 may also report the matter to appropriate authorities where required.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in reversal of funds and potential account suspension. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of submission, subject to successful KYC verification. kt8 charges no fee on standard withdrawals to bKash or Nagad. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, in order to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.

Withdrawal requests submitted outside Bangladesh Standard Time business hours may experience processing delays. kt8 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts that exceed standard thresholds. Players must maintain their account in good standing — accounts with pending Terms violations or open dispute investigations may have withdrawal processing placed on hold until the matter is resolved.

Chargebacks and Reversed Transactions

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or mobile wallet provider while maintaining an active kt8 account constitutes a breach of these Terms. kt8 will immediately suspend any account subject to a chargeback dispute and will pursue recovery of the disputed funds by all available means. If a chargeback is later found to be fraudulent or unjustified, kt8 reserves the right to permanently close the account and retain any balance held therein.

kt8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to major Bangladesh events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the BPL season. Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by kt8 are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within this period will result in automatic expiry and cancellation of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.

Bonus Abuse

General Bonus Conditions

Bet Settlement

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game disconnection, or platform error that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet, kt8 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the player's account. Bets placed during a known technical incident — including periods where kt8 has publicly announced maintenance or downtime — may be voided at kt8's discretion. kt8 will not be liable for any loss of winnings or gameplay time resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side, including mobile data interruptions or device failures.

Responsible Use of Game Features

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kt8 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct — whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf — constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

kt8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if kt8 determines — or has reasonable grounds to suspect — that any of the following circumstances apply:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is suspected;
• The account holder is under 18 years of age or was under 18 at the time of registration;
• The account was registered with false, incomplete, or misleading information;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity;
• The account holder is an employee, contractor, or direct family member of a kt8 employee;
• A chargeback or payment reversal has been initiated through an external payment provider;
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requires account suspension.

Voluntary Closure & Self-Exclusion

Any player who wishes to close their kt8 account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so by contacting the kt8 support team via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and will prevent the account from being reopened for the duration of the self-exclusion period selected by the player. kt8 takes self-exclusion requests very seriously and will not circumvent a player's self-imposed restriction under any circumstances. Effect of Closure on Balance

Upon voluntary account closure where no Terms breach is involved, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 to 10 Bangladesh Standard Time business days. In cases of closure due to a confirmed Terms breach, kt8 reserves the right to retain the account balance pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, to forfeit it entirely.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kt8's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to kt8 in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. kt8 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost gaming winnings, howsoever arising.

Governing Language and Disputes

These Terms are drafted in English, which is the sole governing language. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by kt8's customer support team shall be escalated through kt8's internal dispute resolution procedure. kt8 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and transparently, and will acknowledge any formal dispute within 5 Bangladesh Standard Time business days of receipt.
